A fellow from India writes a book, “Obama’s America.” In the video, he compares himself almost exactly with Obama’s timeline.
They are born in the same year, graduate the same year from college, and marry in the same year.
He wonders about Obama’s dream. What is Obama’s dream? He begins with researching his dad, who Obama knew mostly from his mother who had divorced his father when he was a mere child and went to Indonesia to be a graduate student and to marry a guy from there, an activist.
Obama spends one third of his new book in Kenya writing about looking for his father’s wives and other children and for his roots. He needs closure because his dad only came to see him once when he was ten years old in Hawaii.
This is where it gets interesting. Ask for the flick on Netflix. See out how Obama’s mentors and best friends have reportedly shaped his dreams for America.
